Terms of service

Effective October 29, 2026

These terms cover your use of grantlanta.com and how estimates and work with Grantlanta Lawn are handled. Using the site or requesting an estimate means you agree to them.

Estimates

Estimates are free and are given in person after we see the property. Anything we say over the phone or by text before a visit is a rough idea, not a quote. A written estimate is good for 30 days. If the scope changes once work starts (for example, we find buried debris or a drainage problem that was not visible), we stop and talk to you before doing anything that would change the price.

Scheduling and access

You agree to give us access to the areas of the property covered by the estimate on the scheduled day, including unlocking gates and securing pets. Weather can move a job; we will tell you as soon as we know. Recurring maintenance is month to month and either of us can end it with notice.

Payment

Installation projects require a deposit to be scheduled, and the balance is due when the work is complete. Maintenance is billed monthly. We accept credit and debit cards, ACH, Venmo and Zelle. Late balances may pause scheduled work until they are settled.

Our work

We walk every job with you before we leave. If something was missed, tell us at the walkthrough or within 7 days and we will come back and make it right. Plants and sod are living things and depend on watering and weather after we leave, so we cannot guarantee their survival, but we will give you clear care instructions and help you troubleshoot. We are fully insured. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground lines, irrigation, or utilities you did not tell us about, or for pre-existing conditions on the property.

Cancellations

Cancel or reschedule a visit by calling or texting (678) 773-1617 at least 24 hours ahead. Deposits on installation projects are refundable if you cancel before we have ordered materials for your job.

The website

Content on this site, including photos of our work and the Grantlanta Lawn illustration, belongs to Grantlanta Lawn and may not be copied for commercial use. Links to partners such as The Southern Shmooze and Peace of Mind Recycling go to sites we do not control. The site is provided as is and we may change it at any time.

By giving us your phone number you agree that we may call or text you about your estimate or your job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Georgia law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. If we ever have a disagreement, we will try to work it out directly first, like neighbors.
